MGold was formed and incorporated on 21st January 1997. An organized group of the company swung into Market research to examine the demand and supply situation of various Chemical and Bio-chemical Process Products. This was followed by a vigorous drive towards Process Development which involved relentless efforts of Research & Development Team to develop product lines which were superior to the existing products in the market as well as be more cost effective.

The year 2001 finally saw the concurrence of these efforts and the emergence of a professionally organized company MGold Energia Pvt Limited which zealously started its production activities in Virar, followed by projects in Silvassa and Vadodara. Guided by encouraging results of its business activities in western India, the company branched into Overseas business in the Middle-east and the United States of America in the year 2010.

With extensive work in the United States of America, the MGold group today is highly equipped with State-of-art-Technologies in various fields of Process Products such as in Energy, Health care and in the field of Bio-technology. MGold’s Research division is dedicated to enabling technologies to develop and manufacture various Products that are superior in nature and as well as cost effective.
