RENEWABLE ENERGY

With the current initiatives to promote Bio-diesel not only in India but all over the world, MGold has joined this drive and is offering Bio-diesel Projects on Turn-Key basis with Technology, Plant, Project Engineering and Marketing arrangements. MGold has also been amongst the first in India to establish its manufacturing facilities with its own Technology to produce high purity Bio-diesel for optimum results in Diesel Engines

Bio-diesel which can be produced from a variety of Raw materials such as Used Cooking Oils, Crude Vegetable Oils, Crude Palm oil and Tallow has been denoted as the next fuel the world over and has been promoted by the governments of several nations for usage as fuels via blending with Diesel in varied ratios or even directly for certain applications. Thus the Bio-diesel blends will find applications in Automotive fuel as well in Diesel Generators and Power plants. Additionally, the oil companies are offering contracts for purchase of Bio-diesel at a fixed rate which they will use for blending with Diesel.

BIO-DIESEL FROM MICRO-ALGAE

With varied Research initiatives under-way, MGold has undertaken extensive work to develop the know-how and Technology to Produce Bio-diesel from Micro-algae. MGold is a Pioneer in working towards the commercialization of this Technology from Micro-algae.

Although the capital cost of the Project is higher compared to that from other vegetable Oil or Tallow feed-stock, the cost of Raw material is practically very low, thus offering better return on investment.

CBG PROJECTS

This Project envisages the production of Compressed Bio Gas which finds a major demand in the Automotive and Industrial sector for use in DG SETS as well as for residential purposes for cooking and domestic heating purposes.

Bio-Gas has been promoted by the governments of several nations for usage as fuel either directly or as blended with CNG. Thus the blends will find applications in Automotive fuel as well in Diesel Generators and Power plants. Additionally, the PSU oil companies are actively promoting the use of CBG at various locations through-out the country and are offering contracts for purchase of CBG at a fixed rate which they will use for their own distribution.

MGold offers this Project on a Turn-key basis including the Technology and Marketing tie-ups for off-take of bottled CBG.
